I mained Monarch.
As for Wraith
I think she was both.
I think she was an IMC scientist and pilot.
Just like pilots in real life.
Real life pilots have elite level academics.
They don't just select grunt scrubs to be pilots.
To be a pilot you have to be the best of the best!

I also mained Scorch, but I loved Monarch because she was more flexible.
I never got the hang of Ronin. He was a Glass-Cannon, but was an excellent anti-pilot Titan.
yeah the Phase shift robot pilot is based off of Wraith or visa versa.
Because this is suppose to be after the galactic war [peace period].
