@KelRiever As far as I'm aware, you can purchase it at any time, unless it's a bug at the moment. I've purchased it several times when I already had the BP maxed out

There is a current issue preventing some people from upgrading if they're already at a high level, but this should be getting a hotfix shortly. Normally as @dSKyNafinchin mentioned, you're able to upgrade at any point whether you've made progress in the battle pass or are just starting out.

No way EA would intentionally let this happen. thousands of potential dollars lost for them.
