@SILVERisSORRY I'm sorry you're having to go through that. Wish I was able to team with you to at least give you one competent tm lol. I'll let you know when I've returned so we can get some good runs in lol.
But I also feel your pain & have called for solos many times. They always grab about how big their player base is so including solos shouldn't have any impact on queue times as not everyone will want to play this more plus it further expands the game.
They should do solos pubs & Ranked for even more competitive play to see who would be the top solo players in Apex.
And I know someone will bring up his some Legends will have more of an advantage in this mode, but good players or players looking to just have some fun without worrying about brain dead randoms won't care about that. They'll find a way to play with whoever they main. Or their secondary main.
People who want Solos need to collectively make their voices heard, maybe either by a poll or petition so the devs realize how important this is to their base.
I've mentioned this before but maybe bring it back as an LTM 1st & see what feedback they get & then move forward depending on that. But I guarantee it they do that with waway things are now, they'll get overwhelming feedback to add it as a permanent mode.

@Lord_Scorpion34 Yeah, for people like me, who don’t always have a friend online to play with, having a SOLO Mode would be amazing.
Maybe Respawn doesn’t want to release a mode that takes away from the core formula, being 1st and foremost a TEAM based Battle Royale.
Idk, all I know is, if they had a dedicated SOLO Mode, I would be playing APEX a lot more, instead of playing other games. (whenever I get fed up with APEX, I play other games that make me feel happy, like FORZA or Need for Speed)

- @SILVERisSORRY They’re too concerned about queue times and having the excuse of “it’s a team game”. If I were them, just replace duos with solos. The only sad thing about solos is that some legends would absolutely be useless like lifeline.
- @Cheese9Man Idk though, Lifeline having a self healing drone. I don’t see her as useless.
@SILVERisSORRY And a wicked-to-hit combination of hitbox and strafe, no longer with low profile. But I think a stronger argument can be made for certain legend choices, such as lifeline, putting one at a distinct disadvantage overall compared to others. Some players will welcome the challenge, just like they do in the team modes.

I think it's a terrible idea that is doomed to fail.
Was this not tried already as a limited time mode?

- @Cheese9Man see my previous post in response to the queue times. Also team game dynamic is pretty broken with how sbmm is whenever you actually try to team with friends, plus bad sportsman randoms. If anything, Solos can help strengthen the team dynamic by letting players get better at 1v1s & other skills that could translate to them being a better player. Especially players new to the game. They get a better understanding of the mechanics of the game & adapt to it without worrying about slowing down more experienced players or hearing discouraging talk from them which can help with new player confidence.
Well, a mode shouldn't be discounted just because people might team. Then we can't have trio ranked either. They should just ban and remove people who team. Ez clap. And I think Scorpion is right here, it would be a good mode for people to learn some core mechanics at their own pace and not have a 3-stack revtaning your *** on trios.
