Steam Money Refund
I bought 4400 apex coins by steam and I didn't spend them. Can you refund that money to my steam account?

Apex coins are non-refundable as stated when you buy any coins through steam.
@EpicSticks I have my steam in my mother tounge and It says that steam can't refund it but delevoper of the game can
