Still Missing Apex Coins After Receiving Email That it was Fixed

I emailed EA Help about missing Apex Coins on my Xbox 1 S, and received an email saying it was fixed. I logged in to Apex Legends on my Xbox again, and nothing happened. I checked Microsoft, and I didn't get the refund. What do I do?

    Can you share a bit more about what's happening here. Did you request help for the missing coins or for a refund?

  • @EA_Lanna I did ask for a refund from Microsoft, but they declined. Before I got the email from EA I had created a case, then they said that.

    What EA can do is help with the missing content. You'll need to get in touch with the EA support team directly for that. Please gather proof of purchase and attach it to your help case.
