Stolen account got banned from apex

My stolen account got banned from apex and i try to unban it but i dont know how to reach ea and I submitted a request, but what is the average response time?

Aside from that, the support team will get to your case as soon as possible, generally just in the order in which it was received, so once they get through the cases created before yours, they'll be able to take a look. Thanks for the patience while they're getting to yours!

first of all thank you for your reply yes i managed to get my account back and i opened a case but can we make things little bit faster my case name is #252904228 i just got my account back and i dont have much of a free time i would love to play on my account again after a year thanks love and respect

Hey insomina2,

The general response time is going to depend on how many other contacts support is working through, but typically I'd expect less than 72 hours - and usually far less than that, even.

If your account was stolen, it'd be best to create a new case here to recover the account with the Compromised EA Account option.

If you've already recovered the account and the ban was not addressed at the time, submitting an appeal here would get that over to our Terms of Service team to review instead.

In either case you'll be able to keep an eye on your case history here for any updates as soon as the team gets to your case, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime.
