The movement thing is pretty obvious to spot, no question.
But the headshot/accuracy thing is easily spoofed if you try basing it on stats alone, since you can just purposefully miss or shoot at nothing periodically to keep it in line.
The biggest cheat problem I see isn't even the aimbot + no recoil - which is pretty obvious to spot with a trained eye and does impact the game heavily - but rather, it's the wallhacks having 100% perfect knowledge of all other player locations at all times stuff that grinds my gears. It's so easy to spot, too, when you see a player just strangely staring at a rock or a wall or moving sideways and looking at a canyon wall; or when they arrive on one end of cascades and instantly ping enemy locations on the other side inside a house on the opposite end where there's not even a *pixel* of visible enemy while spectating; or when right after the drop they rush you solo and kill you with a Prowler on burst mode that mysteriously just has no recoil.
Usually of course the cheaters just use both, as in my last example. The smart ones keep recoil compensation toggled off and don't blatantly stare at the red rectangles on their screen, but there are still several "tells" to their behavior.
Ultimately this all is a result of EasyAntiCheat being wholly ineffective in preventing all but the most obvious/basic of cheats and the game itself having far too many openings to exploit.
Doesn't help that you can't toggle between players while spectating in order to report the one that was actually cheating, if one of their teammates finished you off.
People aren't actually kidding on Reddit when you basically have to play and keep the manual report submission window ready and open at all times.
