store items Including apex packs

Dear Apex devs/admins 

In this i will speak for the behalf of all Belgium players

In Belgium the law forbids us from buying apex packs wich we all know very well meaning we can not buy items in the store that include apex packs such as the war machine skin for pathfinder and the peacekeeper skin including 3 apex packs or the event skins with the apex packs. I a pathfinder main that missed out on the war machine skin from the old event collection wish to buy it since it is my favorite pathfinder skin but the law and the apex packs take away the chance to buy the skin so i have come up with a SOLUTION 

Solution: to fix this issue and still abide by the law why not make the items available without the apex packs for us Belgium players or give us the choice to buy it without the apex packs or with it for all players.

I wish to buy the war machine skin for pathfinder really bad and I wantt to buy it when i have the chance

 I hope you read this and imrpove the QOL for us Belgium players because missing out of on apex packs is a huge deal for us .
