Suspension on apex legend account

Hello, I have open many case about my suspension. I already told that my account was hacked but thankfully I recovered it on 24th November. However my apex legend account has been suspended and I cant play online anymore because of the hacker before. I have reached ToS teams and you guys told me to send my linked email and my PSN id. Do I need to open new case to reply to that email or just reply directly?

    Yeah I already replied that email but does it take so long to give me any updates? Its been a whole week without any replies or follow up.

    @imankador Usually it takes 3-5 business days, (but it could take longer). Remember that Thanksgiving was a few days ago as well.

    Hi Guys,

    Just wanted to say a huge thanks to EA for their help and support. It could take some time but trust me they will sort it.
    My account was compromised earlier this year and the guy got my apex account banned. If you can download all your data and send them some sort of proof they will eventually get to the bottom of it. 
    Just a huge thanks again and to those who just moan about EA and go into rage because of what happened just stay patient and give them time to look into what's happened.
