Suspension on apex legend account
Hello, I have open many case about my suspension. I already told that my account was hacked but thankfully I recovered it on 24th November. However my apex legend account has been suspended and I cant play online anymore because of the hacker before. I have reached ToS teams and you guys told me to send my linked email and my PSN id. Do I need to open new case to reply to that email or just reply directly?
@imankador You can either reply to the email or to your case, (which you can find your case, here).
Also on the forums, any account-related issue, (such as hacked and banned accounts), cannot be handled on the forums. You would be sent to EA Support for hacked accounts and to the EA TOS Team for banned accounts.
Since the account is currently banned, you must go through the EA TOS Team.
