This makes far far far more sense.
Even if you then made it that the phase breach can only transport Ash. (Maybe only Ash+others if used during Ult)
This would actually make her more usable and viable. Her ult is effectively useless in a game sense.

Her tactical is just ineffective. It does not last long enough and it doesn't slow players down that much. Plus it only effects one player.
Make her tactical more like Watson's fences. So you can use it to block doorways, tunnels, narrow canyons, etc. Extend the time and make it effect any player that run into it.
The visual for her Ult could be better, I agree with what has been said, it can be difficult to place it well if your under pressure.
@251f7fe71fbb9e08 The Arc Snare is actually good at blocking narrow passage ways. Maybe not as good as you'd like it to be but thats one of a few versatile tasks its good at. It is bad as a 1v1 tactical or if you're setting up for a solo push however its good/devastating in a couple situations.
- Snaring someone taking the jump tower or gravity cannon is a nearly guaranteed kill.
- Snaring someone running from a lvl 3 or higher ring is a likely kill.
- Hitting a players trying to flee from your team is always very satisfying.
I believe if you snare a Valkyie thats using her passive to fly around it drags her all the way down to a set height above the ground but I haven't tried/done that since she first came out so I don't know.
It doesn't play well into her kit or help much in a 1v1 but its decently useful on its own.
@1ronKeysAs an ash main I have to say no, you calling her ult useless is madness. That ult can be seriously clutch especially in ranked… the amount of times I saved my team is through the roof.
Ash’s ult is probably the best ability to follow-up on heavy dmg or knock.
The ult needs to get fixed in a sense that it isn’t so clunky to use. Remove the 1min to live perk and make it baseline for her passive.. add -30sec ult cd at its place that’s it.
Ults issues are only the cd and clunkyness.
I mean like cmon how can you call a teleport for your whole team even through windows useless. Just the amount of flanks into buildings through windows and out of windows is incredible.
Her snare is totally fine as mentioned by zam there is so many scenarios where the snare solokills people by ring etc. Especially when you have two of them laters you can gatekeep a squad quite well when they need to run out of the ring.
But I disagree with zam on the the snare in 1on1 🙂 sorry. If you snare your target in a 1on1 you have a significant advantage because it does slow, that paired with one of the smallest hitboxes in the game makes her a decent duelist
