I love the New EVO's but I thank that they should most deff recharge with every upgrade and maybe take a little more damage to get there well also allowing them to charge 25-50 sheld every 500 damage. maybe idk any thank you for the fun update!

    The way i see it, is the med/cells nerf is more likely an indirect Lifeline Wattson buff.
