Taking damage shouldn’t cancel a finisher
That completely defeats the purpose of doing a finisher in the first place, to refill shields to regain lost health. The only way to stop a finisher should be to kill the player doing it, not tap them once with 1 damage
the choice should be yours, do I want to try and complete this finisher to survive a bit longer, but risk dying in the process. Or do I want to just kill the downed player with a gun and be left without shields
there should be an option to turn off ‘taking damage stops finisher’ like how there’s one for taking damage closing death box menus
