Taking the fun and skill out the game

@Daze623 It was no doubt strong but I don't think it was broken as it wasn't impossible to deal with and having a fast heal backpack or armour was definitely fun. It was also the only fighting advantage Lifeline had.

@apostolateofDOOM it's funny how everyone is hyped for Lifeline's "buff" but then they take away the only thing that made Lifeline good. It's like they broke her leg and then gave her crutches.

      @apostolateofDOOM  Yeah it just feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth to be honest.

      I've always enjoyed caustic as a legend but was deeply put off by the fact my gas could potentially screw my team over....which no matter how good a caustic you are,it can happen.

      The recent buff changed this entirely and it felt like he was finally in a good place so to nerf just because some scrubs like to sit in buildings on ranked feels a little crappy to be honest.
