You can create a new account yes, but note that if more bans are issued to you then they could escalate into more severe bans such as IP/Hardware bans etc.

@BaldWraithSimp it said in-game that "the client's account is banned" not hardware ban, plus isn't the hardware ban is given if you were caught with cheating programs on your PC? in my case I don't have anything on my PC so why would I be hardware banned?
