The game becomes incredibly frustrating and not fun to play after you experience these things happening for hours. This frustration and anger is obviously going to come out in my post after dealing with that for roughly 5 hours. Furthermore, the way my frustration is highlighted within the post indicates my passion for the game. When i feel it is being ruined by simple issues that have been seen in numerous other games that have come before it, I don't want to see this disappear due to it.

I also provided a constructive solution for the problems I indicated. Consider implementing a level bracket system for the matchmaking. But as the only thing you saw was the roughly 3-4 words of insults within the entire post i will elaborate and expand.

Right now the matchmaking system is in a terrible place. There have been other games in the past that employ similar types of matchmaking to this and they are also bad. By this i mean the way every player who hits the start button gets thrown into a random match with anyone of any skill level and they just play. There is a long line of problems with this method which i am sure you know without me creating a list. BR games will likely struggle to match make with similar systems such as skill based ranking seen in games like Overwatch, League of Legends, Rocket league etc because of the shear volume of players. Therefore, develop a system that matches based on expected experience or time played.

My simple suggestion regards the already implemented level system. Currently the levels mean nothing as there is nothing connected to it. People see the level of a player in a match from their player cards (if they have the badge equipped) and that's it. Why not put this to use and match make based on these levels. Generate brackets for players within particular ranges, for example, every 25 levels (1-25, 25-50, 50-75, 75-100) or which ever brackets you see fit. This will allow the experienced players to play with like and the inexperienced to learn the game and play with others doing the same. Currently, the disparity between player experience is so vast its just not fun to play. Not fun to play with each other and not fun to play against each other.

Experienced players don't want to enter 80% of their matches knowing they have to teach somebody the game and have to fight every battle with next to no help. It is also not fun to play against players with zero experience. Shooting somebody standing in the open clearly reading what an item does is not what you want to be fighting against at max level. This game play factor works the same way for the new players as I'm sure they don't want to die in these situations or constantly play people who are of higher experience while they learn.

The draw back to this system will be when people are queuing in a team. The matchmaking will have to match with the highest level player as to avoid the more experienced player abusing the system. In addition, if the player base starts to subside or there are times of low volumes of players the brackets need an expanding feature. For instance, players queuing in the 75-100 bracket may have trouble to find games or experience longer queue times, this is when the bracket expands downwards to find games. By doing this, it is still alleviates the issues of max level players playing with brand new players.

This solution does not fix every problem regarding the matchmaking system but its a step in the right direction.

Look at the issue from a more professional point of view. Apex Legends is a new game and new games ALWAYS have a few issues that need to be worked out, so it shouldn't come as a curse inducing surprise to you that this one needs work. I ensure you, the developers are more willing to help as long as players such as yourself are more willing to hold back any dramatic comments you may or may not have on mind. If you are interested in helping to improve Apex Legends, try communicating without insulting the developers work. Thank you.

Have to agree.... I have only been playing a couple of days yet I'm being matched with players with hundreds of kills?

I spend all that time waiting only to be dropped into the the most congested parts of the map because the players i'm with are so skilled, and get killed straight away, then my teammates have to re spawn me, sometimes they can't even be bothered and I don't blame them when it's happening so often.... its quite embarrassing, I wont even turn on my chat because I can only imagine what i'm going to hear.....I should be matched with players around the same level so I get time to learn and progress....

This is a stupid idea, what your asking for is to put all the most experienced players together which will make a completely unfair playing field, how would this be fair on any new players or players who have not had the time to get as good as you, this would put off any players with less play time because they would just get steam rolled any time they try to play.

Ive never played a FPS that puts players together based on there level, this is a new game and you just need to be patient with the lower lvl players who will catch up eventually. 

The higher skilled players would be playing against each other in a different game, whilst the lower skilled players would be playing each other too, you read the post wrong.....

That still will not work, all you are doing then is splitting the player base up, what happens then is the que times get longer to find a match and as the game progresses the newer players will have to wait longer and longer to get a game as everyone else will have moved onto the higher lvl matchmaking, this is why this sort of system is not used in FPS games.
