You can't cheese a win in this mode because the sword is so overpowered! Whole squads running with this weopon that can magicaly block any bullet, no matter if you aim at the feet or head of the character and empty ENTIRE clips at them. Somehow this sword magically allows players to run even faster, making Octane unplayable in this mode! ALSO. How is it possible that certain players seem to get this sword within seconds of landing? Are they equipped with this from jump?Please STOP shoving these events down our throat.

People carrying the sword make no sound at all, they just appear behind you ... and you're dead, the reach of the sword is also not predictable , feels like getting hit while being "miles" away.It just feels like this item wasn't tested at all.

I didn't care for Arenas but I would never suggest getting rid of it as plenty of people loved it which was great. That's healthy.I think new modes/events are healthy. @i-Norm When in the ship you can see the red beams on the ground. These are the swords. You can easily land on them.I do agree that ltms shouldn't be forced and should be optional. Is duos the ltm as well? Many times they leave duos as regular pubs as an option. The other option is to play ranked and just play it as if you are playing a pubs game.I think you may be in the minority with whether you like the ltm or not. Everyone I play with seems to enjoy it. Lots of streamers are having fun with it.

It is not all that bad.

One has to adapt ones playing style and the sword is not so much of a problem then.

I have not used it once in my 20 - 24 matches in the LTM and have carved out 6 wins.

Players do not have them from Jump, but you can see them on the ground so you can land on them.

This is my experience. No footsteps when sword wielding?
I hit someone who seemed miles away.
That being said it feels near impossible to kill these people. Tho I've not yet managed to figure out how to use it. I seem to get killed just as easy wielding it.

@Asmodeus566 I can now confirm 100% that players are jumping with the Buster sword equiped. I landed and was killed by Valkery within 2 seconds and now I just played a game with a Wraith. (Recorded) who landed with the sword equiped.
Please tell me how this is fair?

@i-NormI explained how they get it on jump in the other thread from the ship, and I agree, it still isn't fair.

That said, I got the sword in a match just now and was so excited since I heard how broken it is. The block feature did nothing to shield me from bullets, I still died in 2 hits. Also, when I used it on the enemy the sword went right through them, doing no damage at all. I'm wondering if the people using it the way described here aren't cheating or exploiting a glitch, or if it glitched when I had it since it was worthless when I tried using it.
