I my opinion the peacekeeper should have stay in the care packages only. It does more damage than the other shotguns in game As it is it needs some type of nerf.
Most of my deaths so far it is are to a peacekeeper.

But at the same time it has the slowest fire rate among all shotguns (level 3 shotgun bolt gives it only 16% extra rpm) and its range (choke) is significantly nerfed.
I think the pk is an extremely situational weapon that excels at its specialty (defensive jiggle peeking) but is trash at everything else (severely nerfed range/tightness, obnoxiously low RPM, and surprisingly low DPS and high TTK, unless you hit some headshots and do a 2-shot kill).
Thus I think it doesn't deserve a nerf. The Mozambique is a lot more versatile (quite a range for a shotgun) and the EVA with level 3 bolt is still the best at mowing down people at close range and excels at defensive jiggle peeking as well.

It is a matter of timing. Also fire rate is irrelevant when it is a one shot deal.
I a well coordinated push it leaves no room to fight back as it is. That makes it an excellent care package weapon IMO.
