I don’t like to recommend nerfs but Horizon needs one. From what I can tell she came out wrong.

I believe Horizon was designed to be a team enhancer.  Instead she’s become another Wraith, Pathfinder or Octane, to easy to go running off on your own.

Meanwhile Crypto and Watson continue to suffer, Rampart is still awful, and team characters are only getting left behind.

Maybe finally buff the team characters? Finally?
