People push fights in the storm trying to get kills. PC players will not even do this. But console they do it all the time like pugs. Ranked is about position and not kills. The goal is to make Top 3 no matter what and ultimately win 1st place position if you can. But no, console players are looting larries, storm pushers, and they thirst more for the kill and not when it safe to thirst. I mean, if you down someone. They rush hard to thirst for that 1 single RP... Even if they die doing it.Pro Scene is so much different compared to console rank

@Wingmannedbro 16Gb ram is ~80 eur. Any build that has less is either a bad build or is going for under 400 eur total.An above average PC is ~900 eur (ryzen 2600, geforce 2060, 16gb gskill 3200 ddr4, 500 gb nvme ssd, 600w gold psu). And almost half of that is in the 2060 (370 eur).Throw in another 80 for 16gb more ram, another 40 for a 700w gold psu and another 200 for a 2070S gpu = 1200 eur for a powerful pc (although 2060 is almost as good as my 1080Ti, so 2070S is probably a massive overkill for a mid-range PC).Or, going for truly budget build: ryzen 2600, gf 1050Ti/radeon 570, 8gb ram, 250 gb ssd, 600w gold psu ~= 600 eur. - should still be able to do 80-100 fps in Apex (although probably better to not skimp the 100 eur from ssd and ram).So 700 eur PC, 200 eur monitor (cheap 144hz, without any useless g-syncs, freesyncs or lighting), 10-15 eur keyboard (anything above that is not going to improve anything) and 60 eur mouse (e.g., any zowie mouse), 10 eur big mouse pad (e.g., qck+) = 980 eur total.Headphones - anything goes, as long as it's stereo.Desk and chair? I do agree ranked can be pretty dumb though, i've played no ranked at all this season until the sunday just gone.Currently sat at silver 2 and the quality of team mates and enemies is extremely poor...literally having to carry my squad for wins. The sheer level of low IQ plays i'm having to clean up is mind boggling. XD

Are you talking about diamond+ games on console? Because if not, then I must shatter your bubble: PC bronze-silver (+-gold) games go very similarly to what you describe.Only in platinum+ you'll see a little more care about losing points (well since 3+ points cost for game is quite noticeable (and still the rank4 ppl that don't lose points are very glaring exceptions)). Don't expect ppl to tryhard in low ranks.So are diamond+ console games really that bad? Or are you exaggerating?(I play only PC (diamond), so I'm just curious)

I'm Platinum 1 atm and needed 36 RP, but ost 6 due to people pushing a storm to fight. However, it possible those people be like Gold Tier players. Diamonds are a little smarter but most Diamonds are really campers that I get as teammates. They will hide entire game despite having teammates who are capable of winning. Sometimes match maker gives me 1 or 2 Gold players. They don't care about RP, say racist things etc. I wish I can report and block them. PS4 can't report players and if you block team. There's a chance the match maker still puts them on your team.

Well, I'd say Diamond will feel much tougher, but that's only true if that's there are enough players queing to make a diamond-predator game. And, yes, get used to camping - it's the essence of highly competitive matches. Hold positions for long, then short burst of high action and then again hold position for long (you can blame wattson for that, I guess). Camping IS winning (assuming it's done right).
If golds and diamonds get mixed to the same games, then you really don't have enough players on your server (maybe that's console problem in general, but you could still try a different server)... In my games (PC EU), diamond games are strictly diamond+predator. The only platinums i've ever seen were teamed up with diamond (or predator). I've also seen just a handful of diamonds in platinum games.

to play apex dont even need 2k I bought PC 1year ago for 1000 and run game on 144 fps easy

In West Europe? Even a 1K PC will usually not even have 8GB RAM. And only a modest GPU.
I suppose it may be enough, but as I said, i'd rather spend 1K on furniture, or something i'll use more.
My phone has almost entirely replaced a computer in those needs, and I only have a basic notebook for text software, and stuff phones won't do well.
It's just sheer comfort of being able to sit on a sofa while playing.
I mean, I could pay for a 1K PC, and I still got a Razer Naga mouse, but i'd need to buy a monitor on top, and a keyboard, a desk, a chair etc.
All together, it's gonna cost a lot, and just to play the one shooter I play sounds like poor judgement to me.
