there are no counterplay against shotgun only players

@Katsura_Kokoro I agree the PK is OP right now especially at range. But the gun can be beat. I do it all the time with a Hemlock and even occasionally the G7.
If I can loot the PK I do. How ever most of the time that I have a PK I picked it up out of someones death box that I killed.
The PK can be beat if you run other high power guns.
