I got in trouble once with EA Mako about these player bans regarding text chat. I'm not siding with anyone who does wrong. Unfortunately, we all do wrong sometimes, on different levels. I just think banning, especially perma banning, your customers is ludicrous. I'm a black guy from S.C.. I get disrespected and called out my name for NOTHING all the time. I literally had a guy tell me in your game "I'm really racist" before the match even started.
I know you're going to tell me to report, do this, and do that. But WE ARE WHO WE ARE. So no, I'm not reporting anyone for any reason, because that doesn't work for ME. Just as much as going to D.C. to vent about America's obvious racist issues wouldn't work either. I'm just going to stay mentally tough and stay out of the way as much as possible.
Instead of banning your customers and "creating toxicity" in your game from the lack of "player engagement tools" you all should:
1. Add a Stay With Team feature.
2. Add a Party Up feature on the main screen before matches.
3. Bring back a revamped clubs
4. Add a text chat disable option in settings.
That's all that I can think of for now. It's naive to think random people (strangers) playing a "violent" video game will be nice to each other. It's the internet for crying out loud!!! What you all should be doing is creating ways to "prevent" toxicity. Because what you all have been doing obviously isn't working for YOUR CUSTOMERS. Fix that. If a company doesn't implement safe guards for their product whose really being toxic?
STOP BANNING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
