This is how my ranked matches usually start and end

Selection screen First player selects wraith (I generally play wraith) ok,I'll go for Bloodhound, I like him from time to time...Player 2 selects Bloodhound...less ok, but whatever. I let the game ...

IF you play with premade your lobby is predator, if you play with randoms you usually get paired with guys under lvl 100 so.. 🤣

    often level 10-ish.... and below level 100 (at least in bronze and silver) which is either a smurf (if you get lucky), a cheater which you can only report but cannot leave the game without penalty, or in the vast majority of the instances a very brand new player (and I mean this with the best of intentions as most try to be useful)!
