Timeout when in circle is VERY DUMB

I got caught in probably the furthest circle I've encountered since I started playing this game. Why is there a timeout for being out of zone? Seriously, the dumbest mechanic, and redundant for no re...

@RaginSam Isn't the timer like 5 minutes? What would you have done to stop the zone crafting and healing as an alternative?

@hayhorIt was 60 seconds, and it activated because of how far I had to travel. I played a lot of rounds going in out of circles because I solo queue quite a bit leveling up a new account. It's only happened once, but the point is it shouldn't be in the game. I crafted a banner, got caught in the circle for a second, and the timer started as I traveled to zone.

It was put in place because of that abysmal season they totally botched. It's not needed and is redundant.

    @RaginSam 60 seconds? Wow I didn't know it was that short. I've seen pros in algs live in storm for multiple minutes recently.
