Totem destroyed by your own fire when returning

In most cases players return to their totem from a battle while still firing. That fire often hits the totem and destroys or nearly destroys it (totem has only 100 of health). Could it be fixed som...

@Dvid90 This post is a bit old but is relevant. I refuse to take revenant totems because 8 out of 10 times the rev takes it, gets sent back and destroys the totem, leaving me to insta die.

    Necro or not, I can see that my previous post above is no longer quite true.  I can  think of a number of team mate abilities that can be greifed - Newcastle ult, Rampart walls, Caustic barrels, Catalyst tactical.  Most of these have some sort of reasoning behind them, but I don't understand why you can destroy your team mates Catalyst traps.  That last one, I suspect is not by design, and for all I know it may have already been fixed.  There's probably several more, that's just what came right to mind.

    @DethMetalMilkMan What is? Me not taking the totem that almost always end in me being blinded and dead?

    I used to blame the revs but it happens a lot like the guy said. People hold their automatic gun triggers down and get sent back and take the totem out.

        @DethMetalMilkMan I do not think they do it on purpose. The first couple times it happened I was raging. I even made a thread on here where I said Id never take a rev ult again. Then I played with a friend who as rev did it. He said the screen flashed, and he insta destroyed the totem because he did not let off the trigger. And at that moment I realized these people are not doing it on purpose.
