Toxicity is the equivalent of hacking a server in Apex Legends?

This my last, and final question for you my fellow Legends especially since I know I'll never get to see my heirloom [boxing gloves], and lose my place in the top #30,000 spot as path almost in 1% range on console also because it's not worth coming on here anymore ever since the ban. I had so many great memories with this account that I'll remember it very well like an old good friend, but to be honest I don't find it fair that the TOS [Terms of service] team treats toxicity as bad as someone who could DDOS a entire server or hack or mod into a server, and I say this isn't fair because I'm one of them I've been toxic in gaming since I was little I literally grew up listening to people cussing/cursing each other out honestly it was entertaining because people would be mad when I spoke on a mic because I was a kid in my CoD: blacks ops/black ops2, modern warfare, ghost, Halo days. I also find it weird too because I was forced to grow up in a toxic gaming community, but honestly toxicity isn't as malicious as hackers would/could be I mean toxicity is just words, but hackers can literally change the champion title name to anything they want, also ruin more people's days than toxic people would especially since people get their accounts hacked into for their cosmetics, and other items I've heard of I just think it isn't right for people to lose their time, and money. It's depressing.

  • @55412765 Just because you grew up thinking toxicity was okay doesn’t mean it is. I would recommend you change your pov. They may not be on the same level, but they both exceed the line between what’s acceptable, and what’s unacceptable.

I am sorry to hear that your account has been banned for what you describe as being a toxic player.

The ToS agreement that you agreed to clearly states what is allowed and not allowed. Violating the ToS has repercussions.

The Gaming community and not just Apex could do with a lot less cheaters, Hackers and Toxic behaviors, with that in mind yes I want to enjoy my game as well as many others also want to and if that means that Toxic players get punished like hackers etc then so be it.

The best way to avoid having your account suspended, banned etc. is to play within the rules and ToS agreements.

All in all just because other people are Toxic or you feel that Toxicity is not a problem does not matter, EA and Apex set out in the ToS what they feel is appropriate behavior and that is all that counts.

I the future as @BigMacAttack8u states you may want to change your point of view regarding this in gaming and perhaps IRL as all it will lead to if you do not is a negative impact on you.

@BigMacAttack8u I didnt say toxicity is ok I was stating that I think the EA's TOS system is overdramatic for a permanent ban, and obviously bans won't stop others cause they think its so minuscule, but if you didn't know people bait others into doing things like these it happens to everyone especially kids [like myself] all the time sometimes that happens just because I'm a kid my last moments on my account were beyond toxicity from being called monkey, racial slurs, and being talk down upon [hate speech]. EA can try ridding of toxicity this way, but toxicity is embedded in human nature, and to this day they're still gonna be more toxicity, and more cheating in their game if they focus more on the toxic environment. Apex Legends will soon end up like a new Titanfall/Titanfall 2. It's just my thoughts just wanted to discuss about it nothing more by the way sorry if I came off toxic to the some of you at first.
