Twitch Prime Gaming skins disappeared

The Twitch Prime skins I previously claimed have disappeared suddenly, and I'm not getting the new ones. I've checked and my twitch/amazon/steam accounts are all correctly linked. Anybody else with this issue?

I just reinstalled and saw my Omega Point Pathfinder in game about 20 mins ago, restarted and it was gone... 

I contacted support but they just said they couldn't verify I ever had any of the skins and closed the chat immediately, lol.
