Twitch prime loot issue

The first twitch prime skin I wanted was the Loba skin that was put out. I did everything right account linking-wise and yet still no skin. Now we are well into season 9 and this issue is still occurring nowhere in not able to obtain any twitch prime loot. I know for a fact everything is right however I never get the notification I got the items when I log in. Please help
