unable to connect try again in a few minutes, BUT...

its been telling me this all day... so i tried to connect on my sons account and it works no problem from the same pc... oddly i am connected to everything else non app releated forums etc on this account... but i still cant connect ingame or through the client.  reinstalled blah blah blah... something is odd.... so then i made a brand new account and i can connect and play no problem so after 1 game i went back logged out of this new account and tried mine again ... nope still the same thing unable to connect try again in a few... is this me or you guys lol?
