Under what circumstances can someone get banned for refunding something

So uh, is there a tos of some sort that says you can get banned for refunding something?

I’m here because I have tried twice and all I ever get is “Your ban is correct and indefinite” or “The sanction on your account is correct” and nothing else. What is correct about this? Why am I banned for a double charge. Wtf

@Secret_kichie Stop asking questions about the ban and start trying to make amends.

Tell them your situation in a ticket and just be honest about not knowing how to go about the situation at the time and maybe theyll work something out for you.
