Unjust Ban – 8 Months Later, Still No Resolution
It has now been eight months since my account was permanently banned from Apex Legends, and I still have no explanation as to why.
This all started when I was playing with friends and suddenly got a major lag spike that kicked me out of the game. When I tried to log back in, I was met with a permanent ban notice. I immediately submitted multiple cases disputing the ban, as I have never cheated, exploited, or broken any rules. I have been playing since Season 1, have over 1,000 hours in the game, and have spent real money on it.
Despite reaching out multiple times, speaking with representatives, and submitting cases, I received no real explanation. The only response I eventually got was:
"We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter."
My ban history tab on the EA Help website is completely blank, giving me zero information on why this happened. After eight months, I still have no way to appeal or even understand the reason behind my ban.
This is frustrating and unfair, especially for long-time, dedicated players like myself who have invested time and money into this game. If anyone from EA/Respawn can help, please do. And if anyone else has experienced this, please share your story.
I feel powerless, and this needs to be fixed.

If they had told you to, "not expect anything further", that does sadly mean that the ban will be upheld.GunOnlyBreh wrote:

For some reason, some bans do not show up on the Ban History page.
Did you make sure to also check your email's spam folder when you were banned? (Although, that email might be gone now as most email services would automatically delete emails marked as spam after 30 days).
