Unlinking psn account from hacked account

Hello everyone,

I myself have played apex legends when it came out back in the day, havent touched it since then. Now my son wanted to try playing it on my account. The problem is now this : apparently some russian guy hacked his way into my account ( even changed his name & email adress in my account) now ive tried contacting ea support, but after repeatly explaining myself that i got hacked and didnt cheat myself, they wont unlift the ban. Ive given up on the appeal to get it unlifted, ive created a new email for my son, but it wont let me unlink the playstation id on my account because its banned. Ive tried explaining it trough email but im thinking they are not reading the mails and they just autoreply with an " we wont be changing our decision on the account" all fair enough (not really but nonetheless) i just want to unlink my psn account so my son can play it on the playstation. Its the only account that has playstation plus ( dont know if its needed for playing online apex). Does anyone happen to encountered a similiar problem? The ea support is bot driven and kinda getting frustrated.
