Upgrading to ultimate + when already own ultimate

Don’t be fooled by the EXTRA rewards, when already owning the ultimate edition of the pass it states you will receive the pack rewards for the ultimate + but this is not the case

Exactly the same thing happened to me.
I already owned the Premium/Ultimate pass. I bought the Ultimate+ upgrade for €10 specifically because the offer clearly showed instant 1,200 Crafting Materials + packs.
I only got the 10 level skips. No metals, no packs.
Support has been completely useless — multiple agents just ended the chat or said they "can't help" and "will report as bug".
This feels like straight up misleading advertising. They show extra rewards to get you to spend the extra money, but don't deliver them when you already own the base pass.
