Want my money back bc u changed how the skin looks

I bought an octane skin shurikin showboat on Apex awhile ago , well with this most recent update, the skin now has bright white stars all over it and personality ruins the reason I bought the skin to...

Howdy @Anidot3 , did you happen to try restarting your console/computer? The most recent images I can find for that skin, don't appear to have the bright white stars that you mentioned, so hopefully it was a temporary bug. Do you have a screenshot of the skin on your end, by chance? The image below, is the most recent one I found

    As for refunding, no I am certain they don't.  Just as when games shutdown only one month after you purchase the latest DLC for $40.  I know it really sucks, but all companies have several butt shields in place within their Terms of Service.  No one ever bothers to read the ToS contract, this is why I plan to market a game, where the EULA clearly states; you give me all rights to your first born child and sell me your immortal soul.  👿

      @Xubunnytwo This is why I never spend money on an online only game anymore. When Guild Wars 2 and Destiny 2 finally do go down, I will have no games left without an offline single player mode.

    @dSKyNafinchin I don't own this skin, but it shows up with red and white stars when I preview it in the shop window. It looks frankly terrible because the white stars completely change the aesthetic.
