I'm guessing that pretty soon after you report this issue you will receive a fairly definitive yes or no answer as to the question of whether or not the skin change was intentional (any confirmation of this would be useful info). Or perhaps it might take them a few days to investigate, by which time the skin will no longer be available in the store.. if that is the case, the dilemma is, for anyone who is thinking of buying this skin, should they risk getting it now (before it becomes unavailable) in the hope that it is going to be reverted or fixed at a later point?
Edit- I've seen a few old posts of people saying they thought the original design was too basic so I am starting to think it could be a re-design and not a bug.. it's just hard to believe anyone would prefer the reworked version given the choice (plus it would set a precedent regarding the purchase of skins knowing that any epic skin could potentially be radically reworked at some point after purchase).
