Hi , I play Apex legends 3-4 months
and today I wanted to get the Raptor Claw.
For doing that I bought the premium+ battle pass , because I saw it cost 20 exotic shards.
When I got to the melee, I was so excited to buy it!
But then I saw that I can’t buy it like that and first I need 150 Hierloom!!!!!!!
I’m so disappointed, I payed the money for nothing :(
What can you do to help me in this case?
Yeah I can see where you are coming from but those green shards are for recolors for the claw. Still need the heirloom shards to get the original claw in the first place. So I’m going to assume they won’t give you your money back.
You can’t get your money back . And saying you paid money and got nothing is in accurate. You got the premium battle pass . Enjoy it and keep pulling Apex packs and grinding tell you pull shards
You can take all the items back I don’t need them. I only bought the battle pass premium because of the exotic shards (I thought I can buy the Raptor Claw with that)
wa8v7v2hjbff Sadly, like what HeresTheLettuce and EPS1234 had mentioned, the Battle Pass, (and other bought items, be it with real money or with the in-game currency), cannot be refunded.
