Was Banned... But WHY?

Hello. 

My Name is David.

First of all I want to say sorry because of My English... And please don't gorge  me for the some mistakes... Thank you!

I was Banned in game couple days ago... I send request about My situation but they can't helping me... Yes I can Understand what it's wherry hard to believe something from the persons How you are think is is guilty... no one will says what he was cheating!? I really understand... But... I also thinking what you must at least once give a chance to explain his situation or problem of that persons... because if You are calling "INVESTIGETION" of something this means You need to know what happened of this persons in this case... this is only My opinion and maybe not all will be thinking like that... but anyway... Point is I'm Not a CHEATER! and I never was... couple month ago I was also banned... I also send a email about that and situation was almost same.. they was saying what I was cheating and that's all You are banned... but after they some how founded what My Account was hacked and unbanned My account... and I'm saying Thank You about that... but now they are not even given me a chance to know what happen... the answer of My Email is what I was Cheating and was BANNED... That's all...

I'm not a cheater... I don't even know how to use all this programs... and I only want to know what was a reason for the BAN!? I mean which program or software???because even till today I cannot understand a reason of the ban...

The only thing I want is Please Let me know what was the reason... for what was My account BANNED and I lost My account forever???

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @georgianfighter.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Hello Darko.

    I appreciate your help. but unfortunately the problem is the "Terms of Service team" from them. the answer I got was that I was Cheating and That's all... You know what I mean? they made a kind of INVESTIGATION and they decided that I don't deserve even the answer... I mean only answer... even here when I create this post, I'm not asking to UNBAN My account... Yes of course I will be wherry happy if I will be able to prove my innocence but... I need that chance... What I don't have... I have spended in this game and account honestly lot of time and money... because this game is something special for me... after work I was removing the all day stress with this game... and when You like something like that You will spend time and money also of course... like I was making till BAN... but I honestly already gave up you know!?… and even when I was sending an Email to "Terms of Service team" I did not even one time ask them to UNBAN me... and I'm asking only the reason... Can You Believe What Until Now I don't have any idea why my account was BANNED??? I think They also BANNED me even in the Help Section... Because Only answer what I'm getting from them is this:

    Hello,

    we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

    Please do not expect further responses on this matter.

    So now can You tell me what can I do to get only the answers??? or can I do something at all?
