Wattson ultimate rework

I feel like wattson should be able to put her ultimate on her back and when it runs out she can put it on the floor or go on cooldown and that can be another good defensive selection cause she should still be able to support her Team giving shields and still destroying bang and gibby Ult and other bombs how does everyone feel about this ?
