Weapon Balance

Let's talk guns. Anyone miss S1 R301? I sure do. Was wondering what other changes people might miss / want for their personal favorite weapons.  Reverts:  -R301 back to its old S1 state. -R99 back...

@EA_David @EA_Kent Hi! Can I get a mod to lock this post before someone starts making silly comments on a really old thread after they made a disastrous "R99 is OP" thread? Thank you in advance!
