Bloodhound's Trials is not exactly a popular spot, nor is the area west of Zeus station. I think there are other spots on Storm Point with Prowlers that are not heavily trafficked. Loba (for the prowler weapon) and no-fill ought to just make this a possibly slow, but not terribly frustrating, grind.
I do think your surmise that you must do this with a Prowler PDW and not another gun is a pretty safe guess. I've found the Prowler to be a fairly plentiful gun to find this season. I developed some skill with it last season by pulling it out of care pkgs and switching ti burst in anticipation of this season. I will sympathize that this seems like a fairly onerous challenge, but nothing near as bad as some of the others, like the Kraber no-scope challenge for example. Just time-consuming.
