@Anlbrd would you not say the heightened ammo consumption acts as a nerf in itself with the havoc?
It's not great for prolonged battles e.g numerous teams in one area unless you've been fortunate enough to find a huge amount energy ammo.
Both of these guns are in an interesting position but I definitely think the Eva-8 needs a few small changes.
EVA-8
My main issue with the Eva-8 is its pellet spread, while pretty to see the little 8's pop out of its barrel they are pretty useless when it come to actually getting all of those shots on target from anything further than 3m away. I think the spread should just be random and tight each time similar to how the gun was in Titanfall. Apart from that the only other thing I'd like to see is the option for an extended mag and maybe a fun hop-up down the line.
HAVOC
The Havoc absolutely shreds people at short-mid range and that's really it's job, It's similar to an R-99 in a way, and I think it's hip-fire is actually pretty great up close and personal. I do feel that the select fire get's overlooked on it, I've been playing with it more over the last couple of days and getting those 60's off can be really rewarding. If I was going to make one change to this weapon I would allow you to attach both the Turbocharger & Select-fire at the same time, so that you can use its single fire with a shorter charge up time.
