What can I do to get back into the game?

Dear friends, I am reaching out to seek your guidance on effectively communicating with customer service regarding a major challenge I am facing. My game was unexpectedly banned without any prior email notice, and there is no record of the ban on the website. Despite submitting 11 appeals, customer service has repeatedly informed me that the outcome remains unchanged and advised me not to expect any resolution. Unfortunately, this ban from using ApexLegends has resulted in the loss of all the progress I had made in the game. assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

    All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

    It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3, which sounds like you have done so. If the answer is still a firm ban, then unfortunatly it sounds like its permanent.

    Unfortunately, it seems that I was blocked by the customer service, I could not find online customer service, I could only send email, EA also replied to me by automatic email and did not care about my email information, everything I did was in vain, I lost all the progress of the game, it was really sad that there was no email to inform me what I did wrong, and the official website did not show what I violated. I don't understand why I was banned from playing a game I love so much and now it's broken my heart.

    Start a new account and start playing again. What do you really lose? A couple of skins that don't matter and maybe a badge that says something no-one but you cares about. Just start over.

    Oh, and let this be a lesson about spending money on a free-to-play game.
