Issue with Apex Packs

I am experiencing an issue with Apex Packs on the PS4 version of Apex Legends. When I attempted to open the packs, a server error occurred, and I did not receive any rewards. Only the Apex Packs disappeared.

Since it appeared possible to open 20 packs at once, I opened 20 packs in a single batch. I repeated this process twice, but on both occasions, the packs vanished without granting any rewards. I have already restarted both the game and my PS4, but the missing packs and rewards have not been restored.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
