what its Passive low profile and fortified question??

do its means low profile increase weapon damage for 5% or you take more damage 5%'

what its fortifield means you take less damage 15% from armor or health or both??

Low Profile makes you take 5% more damage than other Legends without said perk. People shooting at you deal 5% more damage to you.
Fortified does two things, Legends who have this take 15% less damage total to both health and shields, and they aren't slowed after being hit by enemy fire. That second part is pretty handy for Caustic and Gibralter as being slowed by bullets makes them easier targets.
