If my memory serves me correct, I believe a few game companies did take a cheat making company to court and eventually lost simply because the cheap company had right on the product - not to be used in competitive gaming - something along those lines. As a result the cheat company was exempt. As they are not responsible for what players do with their product, as long as its printed on the box, not for PvP etc....
Can anyone confirm the details incase my memory is off?
@ComicBookGuy2727I think Bungie may have sued a cheat developer, and I'm sure others have as well. Typically the game developer wins, but the cheat company goes bankrupt, and a new one goes up in it's place. The cheat companies are clearly violating TOS, so they're not winning any cases.

Last week before split and past two days I have died almost every time to Rookies & Bronze IV players teaming up with Gold teammates in my lobbies.These late ranked bloomers are very good at this video game.
What makes this worse is that if I manage to kill this superb Rookie no skin pathfinder I get little to no RP from that kill due to rank difference.
Imagine caring about a pixel status symbol (that no-one in the real world cares about) so much that you have to get yourself boosted by smurf or even a cheater.I might sound salty but like I said I only play ranked because of the playstyle difference.
