What's the point of ranked if you can get lobbies with other ranks?
There's a huge skill difference from each rank, even between ranks (D1 vs D4, P1 vs P4), lobbies should not be mixed ranks.
Masters/preds should be in their own lobby.
Diamonds in their own lobbjes.

Bronze, silver, and gold should be separated in their own lobbies as well. Real Bronze players can not compete with gold players
If ppl complain about queue times, just leave a note, "You're literally too good at the game, we can not find enough players for a balanced match and you will have to wait."
There's nothing to learn stomping a lobby of golds when you're plat. Equally as useless is a diamond getting stomped by a master/pred.
This also solves the W-key meta, sure you can get a high kill win and gain hundreds of points.. but now you have to actually do it against people of your skill level.
