What's up with players being out of bounds?

Basically players are ending up in areas of the map that would other wise be out of bounds. Now I have a video of it that I can share.

But here is an example of where players are going. They hit a jump tower and land on the mountains between the two bunker entrances. The really tall mountains that if you normally land on while dropping in are hit with the "you're out of bounds timer." 

I'm seeing multiple people a game in these areas. You can't climb up to these locations and the only way to get there is a jump tower. Another popular location to do this is at artillery. If you are not up there it's next to impossible to get an angle on them and shoot them.
