When will damage and just survivability give positive RP

The most frustrating part of ranked is the fact my team mates average 200 damage per game, while I can range anywhere from 1,500 to 3,000 per game.  We truly need a ranked algorithm where average ...

The biggest peak this year was the weekend of April 30th, followed by another, a bit lesser peak July 11th ish, on Twitch.  

The ranked system was changed on May 10th, the start of Season 13.  Except for that July pop, it's been a steady decline since, just sayin.
