which weapons are good for a person with a low frame rate?

I have a friend that does not enjoy the game because of his computer, he tends to drop frames during fights. I told him the peacekeeper, wingman and snipers are a good option. Are there any other weapons?

    Are you sure that dropped (visual) frames equal dropped packets tho? As in, a dropped visual may not necessarily mean a dropped packet containing fire/hit data.

    Tbh it's a moot point: if his machine is that potato then it's probably better to play something else.

    Tell him to try devotion.

    Aim vaguely at the target (without using sight) and let the gun shred everything in front of him.

    During gunfights, he drops FPS because of the amount of particles shown in his screen. I did create a config for him to drastically lower them but he still experienced them
