Who came up with the new BR ranked RP system?

@Eshshshss I dont't think this change will make any significant difference. The core issue here is not kills, it's lack of proper matchmaking and lack of rewards for teamwork. This game needs soloq and by soloq I mean 3 random ppl in a squad,.no premades. And it needs to reward teamwork actions like reviving, ressurecting, spotting, using abilities on allies, etc etc. Theres none of it in the game. It is a toxic fest with everyone hungry for blood and hatred towards each other.
