@iBlockHead No, nothing has changed from my end. It's so weird. I have never encountered anything like, it's literally like a switch has been flipped. It's not even on just one day. It's the last three days.
It is probably a mental switch. Maybe you are in a negative spiral where you might second guess yourself instead of just using your natural instinct. Record if you can, then watch your duels in slo-mo. Check if you are over/under aiming - maybe your sense need to change?
..but if it’s on PC I feel you with the instakill bit. That happens all the time. Suddenly you hear someone and before you know it a wraith or pathfinder is rushing and wipes your entire squad before your bullets left the mag. Knowing perfectly well the location of every member before and during the exchange.
Apex on PC is beatiful that way. Having that said I had 15 matches today and met just one abuser.
Maybe something is happening 🙂

It really happened after I switched from playing with Caustic. Having never played with him before, I Was playing with this character for almost a week because I wanted to test out his abilities in a tactical way. Then when I switched to my other legends, I had this weird streak for 3 or 4 days. Played again today and it seemed better than usual. Maybe a coincidence or the servers 🙂

Some days I'm just bad, nothing goes my way and feels like whatever level skill I had is gone. It can be very demoralising to feel that you are playing bad. I get it on and off. I try to relax and try new experiencing and ideas while playing.

I feel you, I have the same issues at some point.
Sometimes you just have a bad day, you are not focussed enough or just tired.
Yesterday, I had one of these days too.
One of my dailies was, to get 3 kills with Octane. He is my main.
I got 2 kills in the first match and then I messed up really bad.
I don't know why, but I was not able to kill one more guy in about 1-2 hours.
I still got some guys knocked, but I could not finish them.
Then I got disconnected, the next match I got really low mates, the next match don't get any mates at all, and so on.
Every time I fecked up, I had to laugh and asked myself, how I could be that dumb.Then I just quit, which I usually don't before finishing all dailies. Did not care about it at all.
Today is a new day, hope the Apex Gods are with me again.

I'm starting to get a little fishy when it comes to this. I've noticed that (sometimes) when I play my main, Mirage, it's extremely difficult to live or get a single kill. THEN - if I switch and play a character that I NEVER play.. (Bangalore) , I win 3 in a row. It's very strange..but I got very curious about this topic; especially since it happens quite often to me.
..Or am I just completely clueless to the fact that if you play a character with high stats, they put you against high stat opponents? (I thought it would be overall by your account) Hrm.Came back to this thread to confirm invisible enemies, guns and loot is a thing on Xbox since yesterday, many reddit posts on this issue.
This is kinda lame considering there wasn't even an update done recently to generate this new bug.
